Property to let in Altrincham
Since the formation of the Altrincham Town Centre Partnership in 1994, Altrincham town centre has seen a variety of changing fortunes.
The Partnership working closely with retailers, private investors and Trafford Borough Council
are meeting the challenge and as I join the Partnership as its new President, I can see that the next few years will bring exciting times for Altrincham.
The developments of new stores and leisure operations together with refurbishments, such as those on Railway Street, have all helped to bring a new vibrancy to Altrincham's town centre. Further planned development, such as the multi-screen cinema, can only help build on an excellent reputation as an attractive sub-regional centre.
In addition to this, the Partnership has instigated improvements in crime reduction strategies, which have provided a safer environment for shoppers during the day and security for visitors to the excellent evening venues.
